The view above is through an upstairs window of our home in the River Road Heritage Neighbourhood of Niagara Falls, Canada. My wife Anne and I moved here in 2011. For the previous 36 years, we had lived in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario.

We are grateful for the welcome and kindness shown to us as newcomers to this city, especially by the Niagara Falls Horticultural Society, the Lundy's Lane Historical Society, neighbours and tradespeople.

This website is a way of saying thanks. It is not a commercial venture, instead an intended public service, what we hope will be a tool for community development in this very special place.

Feedback on this website — including comments on what is here and suggestions of additional material — will be gratefully received. Click here to send me an email.

Thanks for visiting.
